JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.

(2.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.56/2020 of Police Station Mahila Thana, District Jaisalmer for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 376(2)(N) IPC. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare reading of the FIR reflects that the complaint of the prosecutrix, who is a 27 years old lady, is that the present petitioner, aged 23 years, was having a love affair with her for last three years, and she even got pregnant 2-3 times.
