JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this fourth bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.179/2012 was registered at Police Station Mahila Thana Distt. Alwar for offence under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has remained in custody for a period of more than three years. Statement of material witnesses could not be recorded as they are the residents of West Bengal.
