JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 211/2019, Police Station Salumber, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 394 and 411 of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge-sheet in the matter has already been filed and the conclusion of trial will take sufficient long time. He further submits that the petitioners are facing incarceration for last more than three months. He, therefore, prays that the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
