JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicants has filed this bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 188/2020 registered at Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 308 read with Section 149 of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that cross cases have been registered regarding this incident in which dangerous to life injury has been caused to the applicant party. No criminal antecedents have been reported. The applicants is quite innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He is not required any more for investigation. Conclusion of trial will take considerable time. The bail application should be allowed.
