SONU Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner through his natural guardian father has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated 3.3.2020 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Jhalawar whereby application under Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act was rejected and against order dated 5.3.2020 passed by Special Judge, Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and The Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act , 2005, No.1, Jhalawar whereby appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected.

(2.) I have considered the submissions advanced and perused the FIR which has been lodged by a married woman making allegation against the accused Juvenile who is with whom she has gone to different places at motorcycle.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has also been lodged with the delay.
