JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 170/2017 was registered at Police Station Sikandra, District Dausa, for offences under Sections 420 of IPC and Section 66-C of The Information Technology Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that after arrest in one case, petitioners were made accused in different cases. Petitioners have remained in custody for a period of about three years. Offence is triable by First Class Magistrate. Conclusion of trial will take time.
