JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect/s pointed out by the Registry is waived.

(2.) Petitioner through his natural guardian mama has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by the order dated 13.03.2020 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sikar (Raj.), whereby bail application filed by the petitioner was rejected and against the order dated 20.03.2020 passed by Special Judge, Protection of Children Act , 2012 & Child Right Protection Commission Act , 2005, Sikar, (Raj.), whereby appeal of petitioner was dismissed.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that offence is of year 2013. Dead body was recovered at the instance of co- accused. Petitioner is charged for offence under Section 201 of I.P.C. It is also contended that there is nothing on record to have come to the conclusion that release of petitioner would bring him in association with known or unknown criminals or would have an adverse effect on him.
