JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.190/2019, Police Station Gida, District Barmer for the offences under Sections 447, 323, 307 and 394 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there are cross cases of the incident. The incident occurred at the spur of the moment in heat of passion in which both the parties i.e. accused-petitioner as well as complainants received injuries. The challan has been filed. The conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time, therefore, it is prayed that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
