JUDGEMENT

(1.) These bail applications have been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No. 89/2020 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur(Raj.) for the offence under Sections 7 , 7A , 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act(Amended)2018 & Section 120B IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor.

(3.) The petitioners have been arrested in relation to the FIR registered by ACB Authorities u/s 7, 7A, 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act (Amended)2018 and Section 120B IPC.
