RAJASINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.212/2020 registered at Police Station Roopwas District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 323, 341, 353 & 269 and for offence under Section 4 and 5 of the Rajasthan Epidemic Amendment Ordinance, 2020.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits, relying upon the affidavits of the complainant as well as of the injured dated 26.05.2020 that the parties have already compromised the matter. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2020, investigation as against him is complete, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and prays for his release on bail.
