JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) Defects pointed out by the registry are waived.

(3.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. Brief facts of the case are that an FIR No.38/2020 was registered at P.S. Sirmathura, Distt. Dholpur for the offences mentioned therein against the accused petitioners. During the course of investigation, the accused-petitioners were arrested. Thereafter accused-petitioners moved the bail application before the trial court, which was dismissed by the Court vide impugned order. Hence this bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners.
