JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide order dated 13.09.2019, the petitioners were transferred from District Jhunjhunu to either Jaisalmer or Barmer. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submitted that petitioner Nos. 1,7 and 9 being female candidates, the respondents may be directed to consider their case sympathetically and post them at Jhunjhunu and if not possible at Jhunjhunu, then at a nearby district.

(2.) Learned AAG strongly opposed the contentions made by counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2- Director Secondary Education (Rajasthan), Bikaner is directed to sympathetically consider case of petitioner Nos. 1,7 and 9 keeping in mind the distance. List again on 05.08.2020.
