JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the Court.

(2.) Heard Mr. Azad Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner through video calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the Court.

(3.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.607/2019 registered at Police Station Khetri District Jhunjhunu for the offences under Sections 498A and 406 of IPC.
