JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that during pendency of the writ petition, the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur has proposed to delete the road in question from the map; but, the final decision could not be taken by the Building Plan Committee in this regard in its meeting dated 30.01.2020 on account of the pendency of the present writ petitions. They pray that they may be permitted to withdraw these writ petitions with direction to the Building Plan Committee, Jaipur Development Authority to take a decision on the proposal of the Jaipur Development Authority to delete the road in question within a period of four weeks and with a further direction to maintain status quo at the site during this period.

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the aforesaid. Therefore, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the Building Plan Committee, Jaipur Development Authority to take a decision on the proposal of the Jaipur Development Authority to delete the road in question within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3.) The parties are directed to maintain status quo at the site till the Building Plan Committee takes the final decision.
