JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the appellants through video conferencing. Learned Public Prosecutor is present in person in the Court.

(2.) Appellants have preferred these appeal aggrieved by order dated 14.02.2020 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Tonk, whereby bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the appellant was rejected.

(3.) F.I.R. No.481/2019 was registered at Police Station Todaraisingh, District Tonk for offence under Sections 147 , 148 , 341, 323, 342, 365, 302/149 I.P.C . and Section 3 (1) (R) (S), 3 (2) (V) (V-A) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Act.
