JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.29/2020 registered at Mahila Thana, District Alwar for the offence(s) 376(2), (n), 506 of Indian Penal code, 1860 and later on for offences under Section 376(2)(N) and 506 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that no obscene material pertaining to prosecutrix has been recovered from his mobile phone, the FIR is inordinately delayed, the prosecutrix is major, he is in custody since 03.03.2020, charge sheet has already been filed, he has no criminal antecedents and prays for his release on bail.
