JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.237/2019 registered at Police Station Roopwas District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 395 of IPC .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsels for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents of like nature. They are in custody for last about four months, charge-sheet has already been filed, trial of the case will take time and prays for their release on bail.
