JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the charge-sheet dated 02.07.2020.

(2.) Highlighting petitioner's grievance, Mr. Saluja, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since the inquiry initiated against the petitioner is under Rule 17 of CCA Rules, the respondents are likely to conclude the same in summary manner.

(3.) Inviting Court's attention towards the factual dispute raised by the petitioner, it was argued by Mr. Saluja, that the respondents are required to conduct a detailed inquiry having due regard to petitioner's objection and reply.
