JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the Court.

(2.) Heard Ms. Suman Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, through video calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the Court.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are major and the parties have entered into marriage on 27.05.2020 at Arya Samaj Sanatan Vaidik Sanskar Trust, at Delhi. Counsel further submits that thereafter they are living together as wife and husband peacefully and happily and the family members of the petitioner No.1 with their associate and relatives are continuously harassing and torturing. Counsel further submits that despite giving information, the police did not take any action against them and prayed for a direction to protect life of the petitioners from the parents, relatives and other family members of the petitioner No.1.
