JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.319/2019 registered at Police Station Kishangarhbas District Alwar for the offence under Sections 5 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration of Export) Act, 1995.

On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and the material made available for my perusal as well as the evidence collected during investigation, which has been produced before me by way of case diary, but without expressing any final opinion on the merit and de-merit of the case,
