JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have preferred these separate writ petitions with following prayer:

(2.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that candidature of petitioners was rejected on the ground that their degree of B. Sc. (Hons. ) (Agriculture) from Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur is invalid. It is contended that petitioners appeared in joint entrance examination and they were allotted Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur. Agriculture University, Kota has also allotted seats to Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur.

(3.) It is contended that as per directions of the Court in some of the writ petitions, petitioners have appeared in interview. The matter was placed before a committee and committee has come to the conclusion that the University complies with the directions issued by the State and ICAR with regard to Agricultural subjects and that the same is also in accordance with the scheduled to Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur Act, 2009.
