(2.) F.I.R. No. 143/2020 was registered at Police Station Muhana, District Jaipur South for offence under Section 380 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the matter pertains to theft of buffaloes. Charge-sheet has been filed.
