JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.90/2019, Police Station Mangrop, Bhilwara, for the offences under Sections 379 and 353 of IPC and Sections 4/21 of M.M.R.D. Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time, therefore, it is prayed that the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
