JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect/s soon after resumption of normal functioning of the Court.

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Bharat Saini may file his reply.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners were selected and appointed as a Medical Officer vide order dated 25th March, 2020. At the same time they were also selected under the National Eligibilty-cum-Entrance Test(Neet)-PG Examination for PG course 2020. As the petitioners want to do higher studies, they may be allowed to join the course and the petitioners undertake to give a bond that after they complete PG course, they will rejoin service with the State Government and serve for at-least 3 years. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies on the order dated 15.5.2020 passed earlier by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5532/2020 titled Dr. Kamal Jain Versus State of Rajasthan & various other orders.
