(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner no.1--Bharatram @ Bhartya @ Katiya and perused the case diary.

(2.) Allegations of causing injury on hand which is grievous in nature is attributed to the petitioner no.1--Bharatram @ Bhartya @ Katiya.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the bail application of petitioner no.1--Bharatram @ Bhartya @ Katiya.
