JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the courts.

(2.) Heard Mr. Brahm Singh Gurjar, learned counsel for appellant through Video Calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court and perused the judgments passed by the courts below.

(3.) This suspension of sentence application has been filed by the appellant alongwith the appeal.
