JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking first regular parole for 20 days.

(3.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 10.01.2020 (Annexure-1) whereby the Advisory Committee has refused to grant first regular parole for 20 days.
