JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this order above mentioned three appeals would be disposed of.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the matter came up before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 13.02.2020 in Civil Appeal No.1663 of 2020 arising out of SLP (Civil) No.7984 of 2016 along with connected Civil Appeals No.1664 of 2020 and 1665 of 2020 arising out of SLP Nos. 8034 of 2016 and 8070 of 2016 respectively while dealing with the order passed by this court vacating ex-parte interim order. Vide the said order, main appeals pending before this court were also disposed of. The present appeals were liable to be disposed of in terms of the order dated dated 13.02.2020.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly conceded that the appeals are liable to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
