JUDGEMENT

(1.) For the reason mentioned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, delay in filing the application is condoned.

(2.) Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is accordingly, allowed.

(3.) Appellant has preferred this appeal aggrieved by order dated 31.10.2019 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Dausa, whereby, bail application filed by the appellant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was rejected.
