JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the petitioners were engaged on the post of Lab Technician/Lab Assistant/Lab Cleaner in the year 2013 and they are being continued on contract basis. Learned counsel submitted that now the petitioners are being replaced by another set of contractual employees in view of the order issued by the respondents on 21 st May, 2020 and consequential orders dt. 29 th May, 2020 & 4th June, 2020 have also been issued.

(2.) Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application to the respondents, returnable on 17th August, 2020.

(3.) Notices be given 'dasti', if prayed.
