JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects are overruled for time being.

(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioner is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) Petitioner through his natural guardian father Shri Mohammad Jamal has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated 13.4.2020 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Ajmer whereby the application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.
