JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the petitioners were employed on contract basis on the post of Office Assistant cum Computer Operator and Assistant Employee- Class IV.

(2.) Learned counsel submitted that the petitioners were engaged through placement agency initially and they were continued in the scheme known as Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the respondent-- Rajasthan School Shiksha Parishad issued an order dated 29.06.2020 whereby they decided to abolish all the posts in Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and new scheme in the name of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan was continued at State, District and Block Level Offices, creating the new posts.
