JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.277/2019 was registered at Police Station Kaithunipol Kota for offence under Sections 307, 323, 341, 143 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that only motorcycle is said to be recovered from the petitioners. It is also contended that as per the prosecution case, petitioners came on motorcycle with other co-accused.
