JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present batch of writ petitions has been filed by the petitioners challenging notice dt.16.01.2020 and further seek prayer of not dispossessing them from the property without following due process of law and further without serving a prior written notice on the petitioners.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had filed a civil suit and further sought injunction by filing an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC. Counsel has informed this Court that the application of temporary injunction was disposed of by the Civil Court vide order dt.27.11.2019 and it was directed that the petitioners were not to be dispossessed from the land in question, without following due process of law.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners immediately after interim injunction passed in their favour, expected from the authorities that they will abide by the law and they will not dispossess the petitioners.
