JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these matters listed today are with regard to same issue and would have to be decided jointly.

(2.) Copies of the writ petitions have not been made available to learned Additional Advocate General. The same therefore be be made available to her and all the respective counsels shall be responsible to make available the copies to the learned Additional Advocate General.

(3.) Learned Additional Advocate General is directed to file a detailed reply in one of the cases in relation to the connected matters unless it finds in a case where certain individual aspects are to be dealt with. One common reply shall be considered for all the cases. In some of the cases, this court has passed interim orders directing the petitioners to move applications for the purpose of consideration of recognition latest up to 15 th June 2020 and some of the fresh matters which are listed today, interim orders have not been passed.
