JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the Office.

(2.) These bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 03/2020 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Ajmer for the offence(s) under Sections 380 and 457 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the present petitioners have not been not mentioned in the impugned FIR.
