JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for the learned Rent Tribunal, Jaipur (Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur) to decide the Eviction Petition No.863/2015 titled as Laxmi Narayan Agarwal versus Jugal Kishor Agarwal in terms of Section 15(5) of Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 (for short "the Act of 2001").

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents were served in the year 2008 itself; but, the Eviction Petition is still pending. He prays for disposal of the Eviction Petition in terms of mandatory provisions contained in the Act of 2001.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
