JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-appellant through Video Conference and Public Prosecutor, present in Court.

(2.) The present criminal appeal, under Section 14A (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, has been filed in connection with FIR No.163/2019 registered at Police Station Mandawar, District Dausa.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-appellant submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
