UMASHANKAR Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant application for suspension of sentences under Section 389 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by appellant Umashankar @ Om S/o Shri Unkarlal who has been convicted and sentenced for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 394 IPC vide the judgment dated 21.10.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chittorgarh in Sessions Case No.89/2017 (CIS No.206/2017).

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor has chosen not to file reply to the application for suspension of sentences and proposes to argue the matter orally.

(3.) We have heard and considered the submissions advanced by Shri Roshan Lal, learned counsel representing the appellant and learned Public Prosecutor and have gone through the impugned judgment and the record.
