JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this contempt petition assailing non-compliance of the order passed by this court dated 23.5.2017 whereby the petitioner was allowed to submit the representation and observations were made to decide the same within three weeks.

(2.) Notices were issued and reply has been filed informing that the representation has been decided vide order dated 24.1.2020.

(3.) In view thereof, due compliance has been made.
