JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

(3.) The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 79/2020 of Police Station Sagwada District Dungarpur for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354B, 354D, 366-A 376/511 IPC and Section 7/8, 18 of POCSO Act. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
