JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.143/2020 was registered at Police Station Sishwali, District Baran for offence under Sections 452, 376, 506 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that prosecutrix is a married lady having two children. There is a delay of seven days in lodging of the f.I.R.
