(2.) Learned Advocate for petitioner is directed to remove the defects after situation become normal.

(3.) Petitioner through his natural guardian mother Smt. Tabita Kumari W/o Ronald Joy has preferred this revision petition aggrieved by order dated 09.04.2020 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kota (Rajasthan ) whereby the application filed by the petitioner under section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was rejected.
