JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 09/2019, Police Station Transport Nagar, Pali for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
