SAMAYDEEN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the accused-petitioner has been arrested in a case arising out of FIR No.31/2020 registered at Police Station Nagar, District Bharatpur for the offence under Section 392 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the other co-accused Anil @ annu & Talim Khan have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while accepting their S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 3867/2020 and 3989/2020.
