JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.163/2020 was registered at Police Station Jawahar Circle, Jaipur for offence under Sections 8, 22 NDPS Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is that seven pieces of contraband weighing 20 mg each, were recovered, which the Seizure Officer on the basis of information available on internet considered it to be LSD. Sample weighing 20 mg was sent to the FSL and they could not analyse the sample as the quantity was insufficient.
