JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by Co-ordinate Bench of this court in the matter of Jitnedra Singh Bamboriya Vs. Rajasthan Public Service Commission, SB Civil Writ Petition 3257/2020 wherein on 25.02.2020 following order was passed :-

(2.) In that view of the matter issue notice to the respondent/s, returnable on 17.08.2020.

(3.) In the meanwhile, RPSC is restrained from conducting interview for the post of Assistant Agriculture Research Officer without publishing the cut off marks.
