JUDGEMENT

(1.) On mentioning, this specially assigned matter has again come up for hearing on an application filed for amendment in the writ petition in furtherance of earlier order passed in the matter today.

(2.) The defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored for the present. Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Harish Salve appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the writ petition is at the initial stage. The petitioners want to incorporate only one ground to challenge the constitutional validity of the provision of Schedule 10 of the Constitution of India, which is necessary for proper adjudication of the case.
