JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioners through video conference and learned Public Prosecutor is present in person in the Court.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are major and they have entered into marriage on 01.06.2020 at the Marriage Registration Officer, Ghaziabad, U.P. as per Hindu rituals and customs in presence of their friends, parents and family members of the petitioner no.2. It is also submitted that the relatives of the petitioner no. 1 especially, parents, friends and family members are not in favour of his marriage. There are chances that they can obstruct the marriage life of the petitioners.

(3.) Therefore, he implored to order for protection to the petitioners.
