JUDGEMENT

(1.) In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.

(2.) This Court perused the material available on record.

(3.) The petitioners have been arrested in FIR No.184/2019 of Police Station Siwana, District Barmer for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 307 and 427 IPC, Sections 3 and 5/27 of Arms Act and Section 3 of the PDPP Act. They have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
